- Predictive R&D Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging tech trends to forecast their impact on our industry, ensuring Chronos remains 2-3 years ahead of the curve.
- Strategic Partnership Building: Collaborate with C-suite executives to align high-tech initiatives with long-term business goals and revenue targets.
- Prototype & Validation: Spearhead the development of Proof-of-Concept (PoC) models for next-gen technologies, validating feasibility before full-scale investment.
- Talent & Culture Leadership: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring engineers and data scientists in cutting-edge methodologies.
- Regulatory & Ethics Oversight: Ensure all future-tech implementations adhere to ethical AI standards and upcoming 2026 regulatory frameworks.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or Product Management, with at least 2 years in a strategic or leadership capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning architectures, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and the fundamentals of Quantum Computing.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying disruptive technologies and translating them into actionable business strategies.
