Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology and business roadmap for 2026, aligning R&D efforts with long-term corporate goals.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Conduct rigorous research on upcoming technologies (e.g., AGI, Quantum Computing, Advanced Web3) and evaluate their applicability to our core business.
- R&D Prioritization: Lead the evaluation and prioritization of research initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated to high-impact projects.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor global technology landscapes to identify competitive threats and emerging market opportunities.
- Executive Advisory: Translate complex technical forecasts into clear, actionable strategies for the C-suite and board of directors.
- Innovation Labs Management: Oversee the internal innovation lab, fostering a culture of experimentation and future-proofing.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with a proven track record in long-term forecasting.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think beyond current constraints and anticipate industry shifts 3-5 years out.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current cloud architectures (AWS/Azure) and familiarity with emerging tech paradigms.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex strategic concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
