Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create a comprehensive strategic vision for technology integration leading up to the year 2026, aligning tech goals with broader business objectives.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Continuously monitor and analyze emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Blockchain) to predict their impact on the market and our operations.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with key players in the future tech ecosystem, including startups, research labs, and academic institutions.
- Innovation Implementation: Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies, managing the transition from concept to scalable implementation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex future-tech strategies into clear, compelling narratives for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Resource Allocation: Direct budget and talent acquisition strategies to support long-term R&D and futuristic project development.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, consulting, or executive leadership roles, with a specific focus on future trends.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of current and upcoming technologies, including Generative AI, Web3, and Sustainable Tech.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to synthesize large amounts of data and disparate information to form coherent future strategies.
- Communication: Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and influence decision-making at the C-suite level.
- Adaptability: A track record of thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and pivoting strategies based on rapid market changes.
