Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technical vision for 2026, identifying key emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing and AI 2.0.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of researchers and engineers in prototyping and validating cutting-edge solutions that solve complex, future-proof problems.
- Tech Evaluation: Assess new technologies and frameworks, determining their viability, scalability, and integration points within our existing infrastructure.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and C-suite executives to align technical roadmaps with business objectives and market trends.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence within the R&D department.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership, with at least 3 years in a strategic architecture or R&D role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), distributed systems, and emerging tech stacks relevant to 2026.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
