Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Architect scalable, high-performance cloud solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and Edge Computing.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Evaluate new technologies and vendors to ensure Apex Systems remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance across all new infrastructure deployments.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with deep experience in microservices architecture.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects and cross-functional teams.
- Expert knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and data pipelines is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
