Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Lead the creation of the 2026 technology and AI strategy, identifying high-impact opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Ethical AI Frameworks: Establish and oversee governance frameworks to ensure AI deployment is responsible, transparent, and compliant with global regulations.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product teams, and engineering leads to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging AI trends, competitor movements, and industry disruptions to keep the organization ahead of the curve.
- Innovation Labs: Prototype and pilot experimental AI technologies to validate their potential for integration into our core product lines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA or MSc) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in tech strategy, product management, or AI implementation.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI models.
