Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview high-caliber candidates across multiple industries, including IT, Engineering, and Administrative sectors.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent using advanced sourcing techniques and social media platforms.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from job requisition to offer negotiation and successful onboarding.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to understand their evolving business needs and ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in the Omaha metropolitan area.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales within the Omaha metropolitan area.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and recruitment targets consistently.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on relationship building and negotiation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Human Resources is preferred but not required.
