Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding

Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs and filling roles
- Expert knowledge of local Minneapolis talent market
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
