Responsibilities
- Source Candidates: Utilize social media platforms and professional networks to identify and engage passive candidates for various open positions.
- Conduct Screenings: Perform initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth process.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide accurate market intelligence.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or Communications is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Motivation: Self-starter with a high level of energy and a desire to hit targets.
- Diligence: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
