Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and personality.
- Manage and update candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate records.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and client needs.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate background checks, and manage offer letters.
- Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into their roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with a diverse network of job seekers and local businesses.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
