Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Match qualified candidates with open positions by reviewing resumes and job requirements.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing calendars efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases and recruitment records using our applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with branch managers to develop recruitment strategies and source candidates through various channels.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates, acting as a primary point of contact.
- Assist with the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth start.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or Human Resources is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administrative support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and engage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic.
