Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for full-time technical roles, including DevOps, Software Engineering, and IT support.
- Proactively source candidates using advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry networking events.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess technical skills and cultural alignment.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure immediate coverage for client needs.
- Negotiate offers and close placements, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
- Collaborate closely with account managers to understand hiring priorities and market trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environments.
- Proven track record of successfully placing full-time candidates in technology sectors.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical job functions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and high energy levels.
