Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive screening and interviewing of potential candidates to identify top talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and hiring managers.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize CRM software to track candidate pipelines and meet daily performance metrics.
- Assist in the planning and execution of recruitment events and job fairs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and job seekers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communications is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities with a focus on building rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated drive to exceed sales and recruitment targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using technology.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
