Responsibilities
- Client Development: Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target industries to understand their hiring needs.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct rigorous screening processes and in-depth interviews to match the right talent to the right role.
- Placement Management: Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from job order acceptance to onboarding and placement.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide expert advice to clients.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide weekly performance reports to management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or account management within the staffing or human resources sector.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Determination: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- Organization: Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn).
