Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing and outreach to identify high-quality candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and job boards.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a perfect match for open roles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition intake to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive talent for key accounts.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and company culture.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) to track candidate progress and pipeline metrics.
- Represent Apex Talent Partners at job fairs and networking events to expand our brand presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
