Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand their hiring needs and market trends.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and engage top-tier talent for open positions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career goals.
- Placement & Placement: Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the negotiation and offer process to ensure successful placements.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends in the Seattle area to provide market intelligence to the team.
- Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate candidate and client databases using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods.
