Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Post job descriptions and manage applicant tracking system workflows
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to candidates
- Learn and master our proprietary recruitment software and tools
- Participate in weekly training sessions to develop recruitment expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- Zero prior recruitment experience necessary – we provide full training!
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software
