Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of talent for our diverse client base.
- Collaborating with senior account managers to understand client hiring needs and job specifications.
- Nurturing relationships with potential hires and providing guidance throughout the interview and offer process.
- Conducting face-to-face interviews and coordinating the logistics of candidate placement.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive tone.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a high level of energy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client site visits.
