Responsibilities
- Conduct active sourcing to identify and attract qualified candidates for various positions.
- Perform initial phone screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.

Qualifications
