- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and job descriptions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from interview scheduling to offer negotiation.
- Attend local job fairs and networking events to represent the company brand.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
