Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client industries across California
- Conduct engaging candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and job seekers
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and social media for talent discovery
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to meet weekly KPIs

Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (BA/BS preferred)
- 0-2 years in recruiting, sales, or customer service
