Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and place qualified candidates in night shift positions across logistics, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with overnight employers to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate pipeline using ATS and conduct thorough background checks
- Coordinate onboarding for night shift hires and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Analyze staffing metrics and optimize recruitment strategies for overnight roles
- Provide exceptional support to both clients and candidates during non-traditional hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience, preferably with night shift placements
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong communication skills for engaging with overnight employers
- Valid Texas staffing license or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience with Austin's labor market and night shift industries
