- Build relationships with Boston-area employers requiring overnight staffing
- Track placement metrics and report weekly staffing performance
- Handle urgent staffing requests during night shift hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing agency or recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Strong communication skills for overnight candidate/employer interactions
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Knowledge of Boston's night shift labor market trends
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license for occasional client meetings
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced overnight environments
