We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to manage our evening operations and ensure a seamless hiring process for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Screen and interview potential candidates for open positions using a variety of sourcing methods.
- Manage and update candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand staffing needs and provide updates.
- Assist in the onboarding process for temporary and permanent employees.
- Perform market research to identify top talent in the Baltimore area.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, HR, or administrative support.
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) reliably.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
