Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Conducting detailed phone interviews and candidate assessments
- Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Managing applicant tracking system (ATS) data and pipeline metrics
- Coordinating interview logistics and candidate feedback sessions
- Developing creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Contributing to weekly team performance targets and KPIs
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor's preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ATS systems
- Proactive problem-solving and multitasking capabilities

- Valid Tennessee driver's license for occasional client meetings
