Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for technical roles across software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Develop deep expertise in niche technologies (AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow
- Implement diversity recruitment strategies to build inclusive tech teams
- Analyze market trends and competitor compensation packages
- Maintain ATS compliance and generate actionable recruitment analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with proven track record in Silicon Valley
- Expertise in Boolean search strings and candidate sourcing methodologies
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technical stacks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful placements in technical roles
