We're seeking a passionate recruiter with deep expertise in sourcing software engineers, data scientists, and product managers. Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent across 15+ programming languages
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 concurrent tech roles
- Conduct technical screenings and behavioral interviews with engineering leads
- Develop strategic sourcing plans using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with 50+ key hiring managers at partner companies
- Drive diversity initiatives to build inclusive tech teams
- Track metrics in ATS (Greenhouse) and optimize conversion rates
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in Seattle's tech sector
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment for software engineering roles
- Proficiency with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Deep understanding of technical interviews and assessment methodologies
- Strong network of Seattle-based tech professionals
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements quarterly
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
