Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruitment for 15+ concurrent roles across AI, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure
- Leverage Boolean sourcing, GitHub analytics, and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive candidates
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate panel interviews with CTOs and engineering leads
- Develop compensation packages and close offers using market data benchmarks
- Maintain ATS compliance and optimize recruitment funnels with data-driven insights
- Build talent pipelines for future engagements through tech meetups and industry events
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS or cybersecurity companies
- Expertise in recruiting cloud/AI roles with deep understanding of Kubernetes, AWS, and ML frameworks
- Proven ability to close 90%+ offers with competitive compensation strategies
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or ATS certification preferred
- Strong network within Tampa's tech community (StartupWeekend, TBTF events)
- Experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or enterprise-grade ATS platforms
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics for process optimization
