Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for technical roles across AI, cloud, and cybersecurity
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including screening, interviews, and offer negotiation
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for Fortune 500 and emerging startups
- Leverage ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) to track candidate progress
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and salary benchmarks
- Represent Nexus Talent Partners at tech meetups and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in a staffing agency or tech company
- Proven track record placing software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps professionals
- Expert knowledge of Austin/Dallas/Houston tech ecosystems
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn)
- Strong network of technical professionals in Texas
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SPHR or CTS certification preferred
