Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier software engineers, data scientists, and product managers through advanced sourcing techniques
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from initial screening to offer negotiation
- Develop deep expertise in AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity talent markets
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 startups
- Leverage data-driven recruitment strategies to optimize hiring KPIs
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process innovation
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience in San Francisco Bay Area
- Proven track record placing candidates in AI/ML, DevOps, or FinTech roles
- Expertise in Boolean/X-Ray sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycles
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Lever preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
