Responsibilities
- Source and engage elite talent across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors using cutting-edge recruitment strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial screening to offer negotiation for Fortune 500 clients
- Leverage our proprietary ATS and CRM to maintain 95% candidate satisfaction metrics
- Develop strategic partnerships with 15+ Tucson-area businesses to understand evolving talent needs
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal KPIs of 20+ placements quarterly
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and client solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years in high-volume recruitment/staffing with proven track record in technical roles
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche sourcing techniques
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets in commission-based environments
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Workday, Greenhouse, Bullhorn)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate complex offers
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
