Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess cultural fit
- Manage candidate pipelines using our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and clients
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers
- Document recruitment activities and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Contribute to weekly team meetings and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or 0-2 years of professional experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ATS systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition
- Valid driver's license (client site visits may be required)
