Responsibilities
- Screen incoming resumes and applications to identify top-tier candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for various industries.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
- Update candidate and client databases accurately using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Conduct market research to identify staffing trends and skill gaps.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with ATS is preferred).
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
