Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle technical recruitment for high-growth tech clients, specializing in software engineering, data science, and product management roles
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche tech communities to identify passive candidates
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines with exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job narratives
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interview logistics with cross-functional teams
- Leverage ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) to optimize recruitment workflows and reporting
- Maintain client relationships through regular updates and strategic talent consultations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in California's tech sector with proven track record placing senior-level roles
- Deep understanding of technical competencies across programming languages, cloud platforms, and agile methodologies
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment from requisition to offer acceptance with 90%+ fill rate
- Proficiency with modern ATS platforms and data-driven recruitment analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical requirements into engaging narratives
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with experience handling competitive compensation packages
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related technical field preferred
