Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, DevOps, and data science roles
- Develop and maintain relationships with Fortune 500 startups and enterprises
- Leverage Boolean sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive candidates
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements and position profiles
- Present market insights and talent intelligence to clients quarterly
- Mentor junior recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS or automotive tech clients
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Proven track record of 40+ placements annually
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Deep understanding of Detroit's tech talent landscape
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-stakes client relationships
