Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps professionals across Denver's tech ecosystem
- Develop deep partnerships with hiring managers at 15-20 client companies to understand technical requirements and culture fit
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including candidate screening, technical interviews, and offer negotiations
- Leverage cutting-edge sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow) to build diverse talent pipelines
- Maintain 95% fill rate for mid-to-senior technical roles within 30-day SLA
- Implement data-driven recruitment strategies using applicant tracking systems and analytics
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to agency-wide talent acquisition best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on engineering roles
- Proven track record of placing candidates at Denver-based tech companies
- Expert knowledge of sourcing methodologies and passive candidate engagement strategies
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and recruitment analytics
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Java, Python, AWS, React, Kubernetes)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
