Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting placement KPIs in competitive markets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and referrals
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with both candidates and clients
- Familiarity with Dallas' local talent ecosystem and major employers
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
