Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive technical candidates through advanced Boolean searches and strategic networking
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 technical roles simultaneously across diverse industries
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 startups and established enterprises
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate competency and cultural fit
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to optimize recruitment workflows
- Present data-driven recruitment strategies to clients and negotiate placement terms
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience with a proven track record of closing IT placements
- Expertise in sourcing for software engineering, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity roles
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and recruitment marketing tools
- Strong technical aptitude to understand complex job requirements and candidate qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport across all organizational levels
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated success meeting KPIs and revenue targets
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related technical field preferred
