Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates via phone and video platforms
- Post job openings on multiple job boards and social media
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and clients
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS system
- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Participate in weekly team training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- No prior experience required - we train all staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Valid Washington State driver's license (if local travel required)
