Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions using job boards and referrals
- Conduct initial phone interviews and candidate assessments
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Update and maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate data
- Build and nurture relationships with local job seekers and employers
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Support recruitment marketing initiatives across digital platforms
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and ATS software (training provided)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
