Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse industry positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Manage candidate pipelines using our ATS platform (Greenhouse)
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to all parties
- Prepare job descriptions and post openings across multiple platforms
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
