Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions
- Conduct initial phone interviews and candidate assessments
- Manage candidate pipelines using our modern ATS system
- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Contribute to data-driven recruitment analytics and reporting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 0-2 years of customer service or administrative experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
