Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles using LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche job boards
- Build and maintain deep relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 startups and established tech firms
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews and assessments to validate candidate capabilities
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from pipeline management to offer negotiation and onboarding support
- Analyze market trends to optimize compensation packages and competitive positioning
- Leverage ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) to track metrics and improve conversion rates
- Mentor junior recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques and client management
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on software engineering roles
- Proven success placing candidates in full-time positions at Indianapolis-based tech companies
- Expert knowledge of technical stacks (Java, Python, cloud technologies, DevOps)
- ATS proficiency with demonstrated ability to customize workflows and reports
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical requirements to candidates
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics and ROI
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
