Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates using Boolean search techniques
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments for mid-to-senior level positions
- Manage applicant tracking system and optimize recruitment workflows
- Analyze market trends and compensation data to provide strategic insights
- Maintain 90%+ client satisfaction through exceptional communication
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS/tech clients
- Expertise in sourcing Python, Java, DevOps, and Cloud Engineers
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycle
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements quarterly
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
