Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for diverse industry roles across Atlanta
- Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate candidate databases
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients in Atlanta metro area
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and skill demands
- Assist in developing recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill positions

Qualifications
