Responsibilities
- Assist in the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews for clients.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate data.
- Build relationships with potential job seekers and employers in the Louisville area.
- Support the recruitment team in organizing career fairs and networking events.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a professional and positive demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Self-motivated with a genuine desire to help others find their dream jobs.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
