Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking events
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Update and maintain applicant tracking system with candidate data
- Assist with crafting compelling job descriptions and recruitment campaigns
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates and industry partners
- Support onboarding processes for placed candidates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
