Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms to source and attract high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for various open positions across multiple industries.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and provide ongoing support to the recruiting team.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to develop effective recruitment strategies and marketing materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
