Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for night-shift placements, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates during evening hours.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific staffing needs and skill requirements for the night shift.
- Utilize industry-leading ATS software to maintain accurate candidate data and track placements.
- Onboard and train temporary workers to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent to reduce time-to-fill for urgent night shifts.
- Handle administrative duties, including timesheets, payroll verification, and compliance documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, acting as the primary point of contact for evening queries.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or a related HR field is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work a dedicated night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and solve problems on the fly.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are recommended.
