Responsibilities
- Recruit and vet candidates for overnight positions in manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics
- Manage client relationships with Columbus-area businesses requiring night shift staffing
- Process payroll and compliance documentation for temporary night shift workers
- Coordinate emergency staffing needs during peak production hours
- Utilize ATS software to maintain accurate candidate databases and job orders
- Conduct virtual interviews with candidates outside traditional business hours
- Track KPIs including fill rates and client satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing/recruitment or industrial HR
- Proven experience managing overnight operations or night shift teams
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to work night hours
- Valid Ohio driver's license with reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving abilities for urgent staffing challenges
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
